‘An Introduction to Dental Implants’ – Understanding the Fundamentals of Dental Implant Treatment

This one-day course provides a practical and clinically focused introduction to dental implant dentistry, combining expert-led lectures with hands-on experience. Led by Dr. Rishi Patel and Dr. Deepesh Patel, the programme covers implant treatment planning, restorative workflows (traditional and digital), and the key surgical principles including flap design, drilling protocols, suturing, guided bone regeneration, and soft tissue management.
The afternoon hands-on session allows delegates to place implants in replica models, practise bone grafting and suturing techniques, and use intraoral scanners for implant impressions.
Limited to 20 delegates to ensure an interactive learning environment, the course provides 6 hours of verifiable CPD (GDC Learning Outcome C) and is supported by Neoss Limited.
