Digital Simplicity x Golf
This unique event combines golf and dentistry for a day jam packed full of learning and fun! The day will cover using Digital Simplicity to drive to success with simple implant cases.
After the morning session you will get to play a round of golf on one of the UK’s championship golf courses followed by a evening meal and drinks. The day is open to individual players, male and female.
Learning Objectives:
1. Realize the clinical benefits of Digital Simplicity combined with ONE prosthetic platform with regards to soft tissue integration, the precision of fit, and strength in function.
2. Demonstrate how to use the NeoScan 1000 intra-oral scanner and software to record digital impressions for the position of a single dental implant in a patient.
3. Highlight key steps that are required to ensure accuracy in the digital scanning process
4. Provide a simple, repeatable protocol to ensure accuracy of fit when delivering an implant crown for a patient
5. Realise the clinical benefits of ONE prosthetic platform and full digital solution with regards to soft tissue integration, the precision of fit, and strength in function.

Dr. Matthew Jerreat
Specialist in Restorative Dentistry, Prosthodontics and Periodontics
BSc (Hons),BDS (Bristol), MFDS RCS, FDS (Restorative Dentistry) RCSEd, FHEA (Plymouth). GDC no: 75853
Matt qualified in dentistry at Bristol University in 1999 and completed his Fellowship in Restorative Dentistry in 2006 (Royal College Surgeons, Edinburgh). Matt provides management of patients with head and neck cancer and developmental disorders. His specialist interests include multidisciplinary care of patients with orthodontic-restorative needs and the rehabilitation of cancer patients with dental implants. He is a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at Musgrove Park Hospital in Taunton as well as working in private practice. Matt has a passion for education and is an Associate Professor in Clinical Education in Plymouth University and responsible for the implant dentistry modules for the postgraduate cert/diploma/masters in Restorative Dentistry and Periodontology. Matt is also the Training Program Director for Restorative Dentistry in the Southwest and lead for national recruitment both of which allow him to share his enthusiasm for his specialty. He has been appointed the Local Dental Network chair for the Southwest NHSE/I and through this leadership role facilitate to develop access, prevention and workforce across the region to help provide dental services to all patients and improve quality of care.
