Before contacting any laboratory partner, please ensure you have read the following guidance carefully to avoid case complications:
When prescribing implant restorations, not all restorative components are the same. Depending on the laboratory and workflow selected, restorations may be fabricated using either Authentic Neoss Components or third-party compatible components.
To help ensure optimal fit, restorative consistency, driver compatibility, traceability, and warranty alignment, Neoss recommends clinicians ask their laboratory:
• Are Authentic Neoss Restorative components being used?
• If not, what components are being used?
• Will the final restoration include Authentic Neoss Interface/Component?
• How are compatibility, tolerances, and traceability managed?
We encourage providers to discuss restorative preferences directly with their laboratory prior to case submission to ensure the prescribed treatment plan aligns with expectations.
